Basting Brush


Just saw this tip in a Food and Wine email today, totally want to try this out on the grill. The Rosemary would be perfect with some grilled Lamb Chops.

SIDE NOTE: If you click on the link does anyone have any clue what grilling tip #2 is all about, the page doesn't really explain much, sounds like a wild technique though.

  1. I have no idea what tip 2 means...I thought meat was supposed to be room temp..

  2. I've never heard of dipping meat in cold water before grilling but if it makes it juicier I guess I'll give it a go!
